How tokens work

Tokens measure AI processing. VaultSafe uses weighted tokens: output tokens (AI replies) count as 8× input tokens (your messages), because generating responses costs more.

What’s free (doesn’t count toward your tokens)

With 10 million tokens per month, most users can comfortably handle hundreds of documents and thousands of chat messages.

How rollover works

10M tokens are added to your account each month when your subscription renews.
Unused tokens roll over month to month, up to a maximum of 60 million (about 6 months of accumulation).
Each monthly credit is valid for 1 year from when it was added.
Monthly tokens are always consumed first, then booster tokens (oldest first).

Cancellation

During your 7-day trial: Cancel anytime — you won’t be charged.
After subscribing: Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
After your subscription ends: You can still view all your files and data. Uploading new files and chatting require an active subscription.
Your data is kept forever — re-subscribe anytime to restore full access.

Fair Usage Policy

VaultSafe is designed for personal and reasonable professional use. To keep the service fast and reliable:

Plan limits apply. Monthly tokens and booster tokens have defined limits.
No abuse. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or use that degrades service for others is not permitted.
